Friday, August 19th, will mark our beloved Coco Chanel's 139th birthday, and (not that we need an excuse to host a soirée at Maison Marcellé, but) we're hosting a fabulous soirée at Maison Marcellé!
Please join us for a VIP Champagne Happy Hour, 5-7pm. We've invited the iconic fashion illustrator, Denise Fike, to join us.
Madame Fike (likely in one of her signature couture hats) will join us in the boutique to sketch YOU in your Chanel-inspired soirée ensemble.

French Summer, A Cocktail
C'est vrai, it's true, this cocktail recipe had me at "French," but as it only calls for a bottle of Chambord and sparkling soda, it has become my summer sip of choice.
Simply fill a tumbler with ice. Pour 1 ounce of raspberry liqueur over and top with sparkling soda. Voila! Garnish with blackberry and mint, or lemon and basil, or orange and rosemary.
Tip: You could splash it with champagne and make it a French Summer Royale! Do what you like, Darling. Just be sure that in these last, long days of summer, you are taking some time for you.
Before we know it, the summer breeze will make way for the automne leaves.
In just a few weeks, we depart for Paris to curate the Fall/Winter Collection and, as soon as we return, we begin preparations for our FIFTH anniversaire.
Can you stand it? Cinq ans, #TeamChic... five years! I don't know how we'll contain ourselves, or how we'll begin to show our gratitude to you for this French dream come true.
I suspect we'll come up with some VERY special. I suspect we have some very exciting days ahead.
